Also known as Faresightedness

Hyperopia (more commonly known as Farsightedness) is characterized by blurry or strained vision mostly with near work or reading. Headaches, strain or pulling of eyes and focusing challenges are complaints of these patients. Glasses, contact lenses, and refractive surgery are options.
